The Event Gallery is Tampa Bays’ only premium boutique venue, specializing in intimate, affordable, luxury events.
We specialize in fully decorated, custom designed space for any event.
This one of a kind event space is in the heart of Brandon, FL convenient to Downtown Tampa, Valrico, Riverview, and I-75.
The venue features hardwood floors and open ceilings. Our elegant decor includes silk and velvet drapery, dimmable LED lighting and overhead canopy lighting and crystal chandeliers. We have wifi and a sound system. There are 72 parking spaces on site and an additional 50 in adjacent lots.
We host baby and bridal showers, intimate weddings, celebrations of life events. Birthday and anniversary parties,
as well as business meetings and fundraisers.
You name it, we'll host it.
Saturday Weddings: starting at $2499 plus tax
Includes: 4-hr event for up to 50 people, design meeting and planning, premium majestic linens, decor, centerpieces, wedding backdrop, sweetheart table, cake table, gift table, 2 staff members, day of vendor coordination, set up, breakdown and clean up.
Full wedding planning and full day-of coordination $295

The Event Gallery is approximately 1400 square feet.
The event Gallery offers:
60 white garden chairs,
six - 60" round tables
two - 4ft and two 6ft serving tables
one - 36" high top round cake table. 6ft Portable bar with wood top.
The Event Gallery has a prep area for your caterer and tables for food service. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, sink and prep counter space. There is no cooking on site.
Your guests can enjoy the convenience of onsite parking and additional parking in our neighboring lots

Perfect for sweet 16’s, other milestone birthdays, quinceanera, anniversary, or any other reason to celebrate.
Includes the venue rental and decor for a 4-hour event for up to 50 people. Also includes an event planning and design meeting with seasoned planner. Decor with linens in color of your choice, charger plates, napkins, jumbo balloon centerpieces (or premium silks), Cake table, gift table, food tables, Glitz backdrop for photos, Up-lighting, bartender, all set up and all clean up.

Monday - Friday $90/Hr with a 4 hour minimum
Please call for pricing for weekday daytime meeting/business rates
Saturday Daytime rental from $599 (events must end by 3pm and cleaned up and out by 4pm)
Saturday Evening rental from $699 (earliest entry for set up 5pm)
Sunday rental from $599 for 5 hour rental any time of day
Florida sales tax is added the total rental price
All events must be over by 11pm
